George Clooney
George Clooney is an American actor/director best known for his leading man roles in such films as the Ocean's Eleven trilogy, The Peacemaker and Out of Sight. Previously, he was known to television audiences for his role as Dr. Doug Ross in the television series ER. In addition to being the son of former television anchor Nick Clooney, his relatives also include his uncle Jose Ferrer, his aunt Rosemary Clooney, and cousin Miguel Ferrer. Clooney has since gone on to direct such films as Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and The Monuments Men and has also received Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actor (Syriana) as well as for co-producing the 2012 Best Picture winner Argo.
