The M60 machine gun, firing 7.62x51mm rounds off of a 100 round belt, is used by John Rambo near the end of the film when he removes it from the back of a personel truck.
M16
The M16 assualt rifle, firing 5.56x45mm(.223) rounds from a 20 round magazine is used by several members of the police while they hunt down John Rambo.

M72 LAW
The M72 LAW(Light anti-tank weapon) is a 3 foot disposable single shot launcher capable of penetrating mutiple layers of armor. A member of the national guard fires one into the cave Rambo is hiding in, failing to kill him but trapping him in a cave.
