Fear the Walking Dead is the prequel series to The Walking Dead and follows a group of survivors living in Los Angeles during the early days of the virus outbreak that causes the deceased to be resurrected as flesh-eating "walkers". Created by Robert Kirkman, the prequel series premiered in the US on AMC on August 23, 2015.
