Family Happiness (Semeynoe schastye) is a 1969 Soviet comedy movie based on several short stories by Anton Chekhov. It depicts various tragicomical situations in life of several families in late 19th century Russia.
The following weapons were used in the film Family Happiness (Semeynoe schastye):
Handguns
Nagant M1895 Revolver
A bright, presumably nickel plated Nagant M1895 revolver is held by Ivan Shupaltsev (Nikolay Burlyaev) as he contemplates suicide. Another bright Nagant revolver (it must be the same movie prop) is seen in the gun store when Fyodor Sigayev (Andrey Mironov) decides to purchase a gun.
Russian Nagant 1895, produced 1920s. The rounded front sight is a sing of revolvers produced from 1890s until 1930 - 7.62x38N
Ivan Shupaltsev draws the revolver. Note the typical Nagant shape of the frame and grip.
Note the rounded front sight, typical for pre-1930 Russian Nagants.
The revolver lacks the extractor rod, which was apparently lost long ago.
The same bright Nagant is seen on the table in gun store among with a fake flintlock pistol (at the left) and percussion pistol (at the right).
Smith & Wesson .44 Double Action
What appears to be a nickel plated Smith & Wesson .44 Double Action with pearl grips is seen in the gun shop (most likely not original S&W but a European, possibly Spanish clone). It seems be the same weapon that appears in other Mosfilm productions, like Shvedskaya spichka, Zemlya Sannikova and Zhestokiy romans.

Andrey Mironov) hides the revolver behind his back.

Percussion Dueling Pistol
Percussion Dueling Pistols are seen in several scenes. This is apparently the same pistol, that will appear later in the Zhestokiy romans.
Modern replica of Lepage percussion dueling pistol.
A wealthy landowner Stepan Chubukov (
Anatoli Papanov) loads a caplock pistol before firing at a target.
Ivan Lomov (
Georgiy Burkov), the fiance of Chubukov's daughter, suddenly finds out that the pistol was loaded.
Smith & Wesson No.3 Russian Model
In the scene in gun store the clerk (Valentin Gaft) shows Sigayev (Andrey Mironov) two Smith & Wesson No.3 Russian Model revolvers.
