Eye of the Beholder (1999)

Eye of the Beholder is a 1999 American-British mystery thriller directed by Stephan Elliott and stars Ewan McGregor as Stephen Wilson, an intelligence agent who becomes enamored with Joanna Eris (Ashley Judd), a woman he witnessed commit a murder during the course of one of his surveillance operations. He then discovers that Joanna may be a serial killer. The film was based on the novel of the same name by Marc Behm, which also was adapted for the 1983 French thriller Mortelle randonnée.
