Beretta 92F
Gianelli (James Remar) appears to be carry a Beretta 92F as his regular sidearm. He uses it with a suppressor in his attempt outside the hospital.

Gianelli (James Remar) uses what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 60 to commit an act that Dr. Weitzman witnesses.

Gianelli holds the Model 60 as he and O'Malley (
Philip Bosco) turn and see Weitzman.
Gianelli pistol whips Dr. Weitzman with the revolver.
Gianelli crouches over Weitzman after using his snub-nose to pistol whip him.
Smith & Wesson M&P
Doorman Caesar (Robert Weil) holds a Smith & Wesson M&P when he confronts the guys in the lobby of the apartment building.

Caesar (
Robert Weil) holds the revolver against the guys.
After being told he holds the weapon "like a doorman," Caesar meekly replies, "
But I am the doorman!"
Caesar is distracted, allowing Billy Caulfield (
Michael Keaton) to grab and discard the revolver.
Smith & Wesson Model 19
Albert Ianuzzi (Stephen Furst) is seen taking a Smith & Wesson Model 19 away from a corrections officer and holds it against him and the psychiatrists. Nearly all of the other guys including Henry Sikorsky (Christopher Lloyd), Jack McDermott (Peter Boyle), and Billy Caulfield (Michael Keaton) are seen handling the revolver. It appears that this is also the revolver carried by O'Malley (Philip Bosco) in brief shots.
