Doom: Annihilation (2019)

Doom: Annihilation is an upcoming science-fiction film based on the Doom video game franchise by iD Software. Rather than a remake of or a sequel to the 2005 Doom film starring Dwayne Johnson and Karl Urban, Doom: Annihilation is instead set to be more closely based on the more recent 2016 Doom video game and its upcoming sequel Doom: Eternal. It is being directed by Tony Giglio (Chaos).

The following weapons were used in the film Doom: Annihilation:

Handguns

Walther P22

UAC Space Marine Lt. Joan Dark (Amy Manson) carries a Walther P22 with a laser sight as her sidearm throughout the film. Despite being a .22 caliber weapon in reality, the film portrays it as a strong enough weapon capable of punching large holes in its targets. At different points in the film, Veronica (Katrina Nare) and Dr. Betruger (Dominic Mafham) hold the weapon as well. A promotional photo shows Rance (Amer Chadha-Patel) holding what appears to be another laser-equipped P22, although he is never clearly seen with one in the film, though it is likely the firearm briefly seen in his hip holster.

Beretta M9A1

Space Marine Winslow (Clayton Adams) carries what appears to be a Beretta M9A1 as his sidearm, evident from the flashlight-holding rail on the frame. While being attacked by zombies, Joan Dark (Amy Manson) takes Winslow's Beretta and dual-wields it with her P22, during which the gun appears to have a two-tone finish, which was evident beforehand, and lightly colored grip panels. The appearance of the former, however, could simply be a result of the scene's lighting. The Beretta also appears to have custom finger rest grooves on the frame above the trigger.

Glock 19

Captain Savage (James Weber Brown) carries what appears to be a 3rd generation Glock 19 with a flashlight attached to the accessory rail.

Glock 17/22

A zombified UAC security officer carries what appears to be a full-sized Glock variant, such as a Glock 17 or Glock 22, in a nylon belt holster. Whatever model it is, it seems to be at least a 3rd generation model, given the visible thumb relief on the frame. Whether or not there are finger grooves on the front strap is difficult to ascertain due to the fast motion of the scene.

Heckler & Koch P30

Space Marine Li (Jemma Moore) can be briefly seen pulling a Heckler & Koch P30 while wrestling a zombie, but it's knocked out of her hand almost instantly during the scuffle.

Beretta 92FS

Promotional photos for the film show Akua (Chidi Ajufo) holding a fairly standard looking Beretta 92FS pistol. Though never clearly seen in the film, it is likely the gun in his hip holster.

Rifles

M4/AR-type rifles

M4A1 Carbine or AR-15 variants serve as the basis of two of the "space marine rifles." The primary difference between the two is the length of the barrel: Joan Dark (Amy Manson) and Dr. Bennet Stone (Luke Allen-Gale) carries what appears to be a version with a sixteen inch barrel under the housing, while multiple other characters including Captain Savage (James Weber Brown), Chaplain (Louis Mandylor), Pvt. Corbin (Nina Bergman), and Harry (Gavin Brocker) carry a longer, possibly twenty inch barreled rifle. What appear to be suppressors are actually barrel shrouds, as the weapons' A2 flash hiders are visible on the very ends of the shrouds. Otherwise, the futuristic housing on the weapons are virtually the same, containing large, blocky thumbhole (or in this case, "handhole, given the size) stocks with massive "lower receivers" that hold rails with attached flashlights. All of the rifles are further equipped with top two separate picatinny rails on the tops of the rifles, with the rear ones serving as the home for C-MORE Railway red dot sights. All that's visible of the actual rifles underneath the shells are the aforementioned flahs hiders, the stanag mags, the trigger housing, and what appear to be Aero Precision M4E1 upper receivers.

A row of "Type B" rifles from the teaser. Note the thicker furniture, angled foregrips, and the holographic sights.
Either the "Type B" or a new "Type C" rifle (left), distinguishable by a difficult to see charging handle of sorts near the ejection port. Given that the housing appears to cover up where the charging handle would be, this guns most likely operate as side chargers. An AR STANAG mag is also barely visible.

AK-pattern "space rifles"

Space Marines Winslow (Clayton Adams) and Rance (Amer Chadha-Patel) carry full-sized AK-pattern rifles mocked up as more futuristic looking assault rifles. Like the M4 rifles, the actions are visible from underneath the futuristic shells, and both seem to use Tapco AK magazines. The exact variant is impossible to tell. However, despite the sound effects, the rifles seem to be locked to semi-automatic fire, perhaps suggesting a civilian version of an AK-pattern rifle. Li (Jemma Moore) also carries an AK variant, but hers appears to either simply lack a stock or live as a civilian "pistol" variant, with the futuristic housing encasing it having an incredibly short skeleton stock built into it. All three rifles wear an Eotech holographic sight and have angled foregrips that tend to be ignored by their user.

Tarek's rifle

Space Marine Tarek (Arkie Reece) carries a rather strange and awkward looking rifle that's not clearly built on anything that's real. It's not helped by the fact that it's never seen being fired or loaded, and is never seven seen all too clearly in the film just in general, usually appearing in the background or partly off-screen.

Machine guns

DS Arms RPD - 7.62x39mm

Space Marine Akua's (Chidi Ajufo) weapon of choice is a heavily modified RPD in a futuristic housing and with three barrels that, while stationary, feature sound effects to make the audience think that the barrels are spinning and whirring. The only identifiable part of the gun is the RPD magazine and the magazine well. The gun likely stands in for the Doom franchise's chaingun and/or minigun weapons, which also feature rotating barrels, although generally more than three. Interestingly, Doom 3 submachine gun weapon also featured three barrels, with the film itself featuring a variety of subtle, and not so subtle, references to virtually every corner of the Doom series' many entries.

BFG 9000

A staple of any Doom related media, what appears to be a BFG 9000 is held by Joan Dark (Amy Manson).

Unidentified rifles/machine guns

A promotional photo shows two "futurized" long guns sitting in a wall case, one of which bears a slight resemblance to an RPD-type weapon.
