Franchi SPAS 12

Goat's (Ben Daniels) shotgun appears to be a modified SPAS 12 with a scope, although this is uncertain.

BFG 9000

The BFG 9000 from the game also makes an appearance in the movie. Like the game, it's the most destructive weapon used. It is wielded by Sarge (Dwayne Johnson). It is unkown if this is an actual weapon with prop attachments, or was built from scratch.
