The following weapons were used in the film Direct Action:
Handguns
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is the most common handgun in the film. Sgt. Frank Gannon (Dolph Lundgren) carries one as his sidearm, as does his partner, Billie Ross (Polly Shannon), along with nearly every other cop and thug in the film. Two assassins use suppressed Berettas at the beginning of the film to kill several prostitutes and an undercover agent. These pistols are replaced with Non Guns several times throughout the film.

A dirty cop tries to shoot Frank, but is shot dead by Ross instead.
Frank grabs a pair of Berettas from the back of one of the dirty cops' cars.
Frank fires his Berettas, which suddenly have extended magazines.

Despite having been shot, LoPresti (
Daniel Kash) continues to use his injured arm to fire his Beretta, rather than simply using his other hand.
While handcuffed, Frank shoots one of the dirty cops with a dropped Non Gun Beretta.
During a flashback Frank is "shot" with Non Gun.
Frank shoots a thug through a hole in the door.
Frank holds a Non Gun on Captain Stone at the end of the film.
Glock 17
Second Generation Glock 17 pistols are seen used by several cops, including Ed Grimes (Rothaford Gray) who wields one akimbo with a Beretta 92FS in the warehouse shootout. The cop who tries to bring in Ed has one holstered, though Frank swiftly relieves him and another officer of their weapons.

Smith & Wesson 5946
Captain Stone (Conrad Dunn) carries a Smith & Wesson 5946 pistol as his personal sidearm. He briefly uses it with a suppressor to kill one of his own men.

Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5
An H&K MP5 is briefly seen in the bag of guns Ross grabs from the dirty cop's car. Both it and the shotgun next to it are rubber props.

Ross finds one of the officer's badges among an MP5 and a shotgun (this is assumed to be the same Ithaca 37 that was seen earlier).
Uzi
Two would-be assassins use Uzis to try and kill Frank and Ross. Because they are very difficult to see, it's impossible to determine for sure the specific model, though they appear to be the full size variant.
You can just see one of the thug's Uzis sticking out of the window. For whatever reason the thugs decided that the best place to lay an ambush would be from inside a car being carried by a moving forklift.
As the thug in the driver's seat goes down, his partner's Uzi can be seen sticking out the back window.
Shotguns
Remington 870
What appears to be a Remington 870 can be seen when Frank retrieves two pistols from the dirty cop's weapons stash. Because most of the identifying features cannot be seen, its identity as a Remington is not confirmed.

An 870 is seen among the weapons in the back of the car. Also visible are an Ithaca 37 Stakeout, an M4A1, and one of the Beretta 92FSs that Frank grabs.

An Ithaca 37 "Stakeout" is seen in the weapons stash. It is very obviously a rubber prop.

Mossberg 590A1 SBS
One of the dirty cops uses a Mossberg 590A1 SBS in a pistol grip only configuration during the warehouse standoff. Frank quickly (and brutally) relieves him of his weapon and then uses it during the ensuing gunfight.

...shoots the cop through the chin, giving us a closeup of the front sight and end cap on the magazine tube.
Frank with the 590A1 as two thugs start shooting up the van. Why they elect to fire on the explosive-laden van instead of Frank (who is in the open twenty feet in front of the van) is something of a mystery.
Assault Rifles
IWI CTAR-21
The CTAR-21 is used quite frequently by Ross and Frank, and briefly by both of the CIA agents that they team up with. Ross first takes this weapon from the back of a dirty cop's car and uses it in the ensuing firefight. It is equipped with the standard MARS red dot sight and has olive drab furniture.

As Frank takes cover Ross continues to fire at the thugs. It appears that the forward sling mount has been removed.
Ross reloads. Despite her otherwise poor weapons handling, Ross demonstrates excellent trigger discipline throughout the film.

Like many Hollywood guns, the Tavor has an A1 style flash hider installed. For some reason the charging handle isn't all the way forward, meaning the bolt is likely out of battery.
Frank loads green tipped 5.56mm rounds into the Tavor.
Frank fires at thugs attempting to run him over. Unlike Ross, he actually uses the MARS sight. Also note that the blank adapter is plainly visible.
Frank approaches the disabled cars with his CTAR-21 at the ready. It appears that the bolt is locked back in this scene, however Frank fires shortly afterwards without ever reloading.
Colt M4A1
Colt M4A1 rifles are seen in the hands of a federal agent guarding LoPresti and Ed's family, as well as some of the dirty cops during the warehouse shootout. One of the guards at the deal near the end of the film has one fitted with an M203 grenade launcher.

Norinco Type 56-1
Several Norinco Type 56 rifles are used by both the dirty cops and their hired guns throughout the film.

When the shooting starts, the thugs quickly grab their Type 56-1s. Note that the one on the left has the stock unfolded, however when they start firing both rifles have their stocks folded.
Despite all the smoke, the distinctive hooded front sight is visible here.
As the firefight rages on the thugs continue to fire their Type 56-1s.
