Delta Farce (2007)

Delta Farce is a 2007 comedy starring Larry The Cable Guy, Bill Engvall and D.J. Qualls as three misfit 'State Military Reserve' buddies that get activated and shipped off to Iraq. However, they somehow wind up in the Mexican desert. This fact unbeknownst to them, the goofy trio sets out to help 'liberate' the area and in doing so aids a village plagued by a set of bandits. The film also stars Keith David, Danny Trejo and Marisol Nichols.

The following weapons were used in the film Delta Farce:

Rifles / Carbines

M4A1 Carbine

The M4A1 Carbine is the main weapon seen carried and used by the three main characters - Privates Larry McCoy (Larry the Cable Guy), Bill Little (Bill Engvall) and Everett Shackleford (D.J. Qualls), as well as Master Sergeant Kilgore (Keith David). The M4A1 is also seen carried by practically all other US Army personnel. This would indicate the M4A1 as being the standard-issue weapon for US Army soldiers, which is incorrect; The M4A1 is generally used by more specialized units - The burst-fire M4 Carbine, as well as the M16A2 and M16A4 would have been more prevalent in real life. Several of the M4A1s in the film are built on M16A1 lowers, hence the pistol grips lacking finger rests.

M4A1 Carbine - 5.56x45mm

Larry, Bill and Everett, along with other soldiers, ride in the plane, all seemingly armed with M4A1s.

The fellas open up a case of M4A1s.

Bill and Everett load up a couple of M4A1 Carbines.

PVT Bill Little (Bill Engvall) wields an M4A1. Behind him, Larry is likewise armed with an M4A1.

PVT Everett Shackleford (D.J. Qualls) raises up his M4A1 to shoot at some 'Iraqis'.

The fellas confront a couple of 'Iraqis', all brandishing their M4A1 Carbines.

Everett wildly fires his M4A1 and he and the fellas storm the village.

"This shit-hole of a country is Mexico!" 'Sarge' Kilgore (Keith David) suddenly appears, snatches Larry M4A1 and angrily declares their location, oblivious to the heavily armed bandits in front of him. Note M16A1 lower on this carbine.

M1 Garand

M1 Garand rifles are used by several of Carlos Santana's (Danny Trejo) banditos.

Ruger Mini-14

Several Ruger Mini-14s are seen used by Santana's bandits throughout the film. Both the standard wood-furniture Ruger post-series 180 style carbine and stainless-steel synthetic furniture variants are seen.

AKM

AKMs are seen used by several Santana bandits.

Norinco Type 56

A Norinco Type 56 is seen used by one of Santana's Henchmen.

Norinco Type 56 (Imported into the U.S. as the Norinco AKS-47 or AKS-47 Sporter) - 7.62x39mm. Rather than having the underfolder pig sticker Bayonet assembly, this has the standard Bayonet lug underneath the gas block as the AKM and later variants.

L1A1 SLR

Though not seen too well, some of Santana's bandits are seen using FN FAL variants - They appear best to be L1A1 SLRs fitted with wood furniture.

M1 Carbine

An M1 Carbine is seen used by one of Santana's bandits.

The Modern Manufactured version of the M1 Carbine, with standard stock, from Auto-Ordnance (affiliated with Kahr Arms and Thomson Arms) - .30 Carbine

Seen in the middle, just left of the Mini-14.

Handguns

Colt Python Elite

Carlos Santana (Danny Trejo) carries a 6" barreled nickel-plated Colt Python Elite with pearl grips as his weapon of choice.

M1911A1

Several Santana bandits carry M1911A1 pistols.

M1911A1 Pistol - .45 ACP. This was an issued U.S. Army pistol with parkerized finish, thus the official designation of M1911A1.

The bandits begin to flee upon Larry and crew entering the village, guns blazing. Luis, in the middle, fires an M1911A1. The bandit to the right has an AKM, while the the one to the left has an L1A1 SLR.

Beretta 92FS

Two Beretta 92FSs are seen held on Master Sergeant Kilgore (Keith David) when he is abducted by Santana. Berettas are also spotted being held by several of Santana's bandits.

What appears to be a bright nickel Smith & Wesson Model 19 is briefly seen wielded by one of the bandits.

A Mossberg 500AT is used by Larry McCoy (Larry the Cable Guy) to shoot items relating to his recent break-up. Mossberg 500AT variants are also seen used by Santana's men.

Winchester Model 1897

A Winchester Model 1897 shotgun is among the weapons seen used by Santana's bandits.

Another bandit has a Winchester M1897 as an infiltrating Bill walks past, snatching his tequila and drinking from it as he does so.

What appears to be a Winchester Model 1200/1300 shotgun is among the weapons seen used by Santana's men.

Machine Guns / Heavy Weapons

M60

The M60 machine gun is briefly seen wielded by Larry and primarily seen mounted on the Humvee, where it is manned and used by Bill (Bill Engvall) and later Kilgore (Keith David).

Larry (Larry the Cable Guy) wields an M60. This is the only scene in which he holds this weapon.

Bill blazes away with the M60 as they assault the 'Iraqi insurgents' in the village. Note that he is holding the ammo belt, in doing do keeping tension on the rounds and preventing snagging.
