Seen used by the prison guards. Some have sights and foregrips.
MP5
Also seen in used by prison guards

Assuming it is this since it was seen briefly and was distingished by the top rails. Used by the guards.
Glock Unknown
Seen used by the police that arrested Jensen.
Sawed off Double Barrel Shotgun
Hennessey (Joan Allen) keeps this weapon under her desk attached to a spinning mount so she can point easily at whoever is standing in front of her. She does this when she told the guards to take off Jensen's cuffs off to establish a little nice about her but she was prepared if Jensen wanted to move on her.
Mini gun
2 of them are mounted on Jensen's car. Coach said in the movie that they are "30mm Machineguns"
2 similar guns are mounted on Machine Gun Joe Mason's (Tyrese Gibson) Dodge RAM.
