Pistols

Beretta 92FS

The fake Amber (who turns out to be Claude) uses a Beretta 92FS as her main sidearm before Izanami forces her to commit suicide in the first OVA.

Heckler & Koch USP Compact

Two Heckler & Koch USP Compact pistols are seen in the hands of the two Section 3 agents who accompany Michiru to apprehend Hei. Dr. Pavlichenko is also armed with the USP Compact towards the end of the series.

Norinco Type 54

A Norinco Type 54 is used by a Chinese Communist Party official to execute Claude for betraying him in the OVA.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5A3

Section 3 paramilitary personnel are issued Heckler & Koch MP5A3 submachine guns as one of their main weapons. Misaki uses one near the end of the show.

Klin PP-9

The FSB Spetsnaz teams use the Klin PP-9 after they engage Hei, Suou and the Section 3 force in Vladivostok. The PP-9 is also used by militsiya officers guarding a local Vladivostok train station.

Colt M4A1

Both Section 3 commandos and American soldiers use Colt M4A1 carbines while occupying the Greater Tokyo Area. Okinawa-based Syndicate agents use this to attack Hei after he raids their hideout to rescue Yin.

GIAT FAMAS G1

The GIAT FAMAS G1 is used by the defecting Syndicate Contractor in China as her main weapon. French commandos covertly deployed to China also use the G1.

PTRD-41

A PTRD-41 is seen in Nika's hideout. Later wielded by Suō Pavlichenko as part of her contractor powers, which she uses as her main weapon. Shion uses a left-handed PTRD-41 to assassinate Tanya, which later recovered by the police and Section 3.

Ray Gun

Used by Madam Oreille, decked in a futuristic-like sneaking suit, kills off a Section 3 contractor using a fictitious ray gun. The weapon is described as using an electric field. In the OVA, it's revealed that Professor Schroeder had a hand in the creation of the Ray Gun.
