Crimebusters (original title Poliziotti violenti, "Voilent police") is a 1976 Italian crime movie directed by Michele Massimo Tarantini. Paratrooper officer Altieri (Henry Silva) and police commissioner Tosi (Antonio Sabato) together investigate the case of criminals which use the most modern submachine guns that disappeared from army unit. The investigation leads them to the traces of conspiracy of high military ranks and ultra-right politicians.

Submachine Guns

"MK-118" (visually modified Beretta Model 38/44)

One of the main plot lines of the movie is connected with a theft of experimental "MK-118" submachine guns and their usage by criminals. These "MK-118s" appear to be visually modified Beretta Model 38/44 SMGs, fitted with pistol grip, skeleton buttstock, carrying handle and barrel shroud. Several movie props are used in the film; they look slightly different from each other.
