The following guns were used in Cowboy Bebop the Movie: Knockin' on Heaven's Door
Jericho 941
Spike Spiegel's signature pistol is a IMI Jericho 941 a.k.a. Baby Eagle. The gun comes with two barrels and can fire either 9mm Luger or .41 Action Express ammo, (hence the "941" model designation.)
Glock 30
Faye Valentine's signature pistol is a Glock 30 as her weapon of choice, using it to shoot a video game being played by a bounty she's persuing at an arcade.
Walther P99
Jet Black's signature pistol is a Walther P99.
Strayer Voigt Infinity
Vincent Volaju packs a Strayer Voigt Infinity as his weapon of choice.
M67 Hand Grenade
During the confrontation between Spike and Vincent onboard the train, Vincent produces an M67 hand grenade, pulling the pin and holding it up, the resulting explosion destroying the train, though both Vincent and Spike manage to survive.
SIG-Sauer P226
At the begining of the film, one of the four convience store robbers can be seen with a SIG-Sauer P226 and is disarmed of it by Spike.
Beretta 92FS
One of the robbers is armed with what appears to be a Beretta 92FS.
Smith & Wesson Model 586
A Smith & Wesson Model 586 revolver is used by one of the convience store robbers at the beggining of the film.
Colt M1911A1
The last convience store robber can be seen with a Colt M1911A1 pistol. He uses it to to take an elderly woman hostage, threating to kill if Jet and Spike don't surrender thier weapons. He is then shot in the shoulder by Spike's trusty Jericho 941 "Baby Eagle".

A Winchester Model 1892 is seen in the movie High Noon Jet and his former ISSP partner Bob is Watching.
Colt Single Action Army
A 7.5 inch barreled Colt SAA with a nickel finish can also be seen in High Noon.
Glock 19
A Second Generation Glock 19 is used by Electra Ovilo in the movie.
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
Heckler & Koch MP5A2 submachine guns fitted with skeletal stocks,reflect sights, and Surefire flashlight forends are used by the ISSP SWAT teams in the movie.
SP-21 Barak
An SP-21 Barak pistol fitted with a flashlight attachment is comandeered by Spike during the jailbreak scene.
Heckler & Koch G11
Cherious Medical secuirty guards are armed with Heckler & Koch G11 caseless ammunition, bullpup assault rifles. Spike refers to them as "G21 assault rifles".
