Thinking someone is breaking into his apartment, McKenna cocks the hammer on his model 15.

Waldo (Marc Macaulay) carries a uses a Desert Eagle, looks to be a .44 Magnum model

Officer McPhail (Ralph Wilcox) as well as numerous police officers carry Glock 17s

A Generation 2 Glock 17 in 9x19mm. This model added finger stepping and cuts to the backstrap of the frame to make it easier to hold than the Generation 1 model.

Chu(Frank Sivero) and Rudy(Tom Mcleister) both carry unknown 1911 style automatic handguns

The female officer behind Devon has a handgun holstered on her waist, it is most likely a Glock 17, but it is difficult to identify.

During the movies opening when Devon is playing cops and robbers with his friend, he carries a yellow and blue water gun that is made to look like a Taurus PT-92.
