Though based heavily on the '''Armsel Striker 12/SWD StreetSweeper shotgun''', it is not built on either one.  The receiver is radically different in size and shape (quite a bit smaller and smoother on Constantine's gun). Also the ornately engraved drum magazines are shown as quick detachable and reloads (much like the drum magazine of a PPsH-41) but it 'spins' like the cylinder of a Single Action Army Revolver. None of the real world weapons have this capability, so it is a completely built prop weapon, using SOME real world parts, but for the most part is fictional.

An interesting note:  Whereas Angela Dodson's ([[Rachel Weisz]]) S&W 3913 pistol fires a huge amount of shots without reloading, Constantine's shotgun has a ammo deficit. Despite each drum holding twelve rounds, Constantine only fires '''eight shots''' before he has to reload, and after reloading the second drum, he runs out of ammo in '''five shots'''. Either an editing mistake, or he has really bad primers....

Constantine (2005)

The following guns were seen in the movie Constantine:

John Constantine's Holy Shotgun

The Holy Shotgun is seen as a firearm constructed out of Holy Relics, firing gold rifled slugs encased in engraved 12 gauge sized shells. It also has the "Dragon's Breath" flamethrower (see below) mounted beneath the barrel. Though based heavily on the Armsel Striker 12/SWD Street Sweeper shotgun, it is not built on either one.

Constantine wields the shotgun against his friend Midnite (Djimon Hounsou) to ask for a "favor". Note the Dragon's Breath mounted underneath. On top of the barrel is a flashlight.
Closeup of the Holy Shotgun as Constantine (Keanu Reeves) fights Balthazar (Gavin Rossdale), a demon who is coincidentally also a lawyer.
Chaz Kramer (Shia LaBeouf) sets up rifled slugs for the "Holy Shotgun", all smelted out of gold relics.
A view of the 12 shot 12 gauge drum cylinder for the Holy Shotgun.

An interesting note: Whereas Angela Dodson's (Rachel Weisz) S&W 3913 pistol fires a huge amount of shots without reloading, Constantine's shotgun has a ammo deficit. Despite each drum holding twelve rounds, Constantine only fires eight shots before he has to reload, and after reloading the second drum, he runs out of ammo in five shots. Either an editing mistake, or he has really bad primers....

A shot of Constantine slapping in a new 12 round drum for the shotgun.
A new drum magazine inserted, Constantine is ready to go.

Dragon's Breath Flamethrower

An ornate tube that shoots fire, given to Constantine by Beeman (Max Baker).

Beeman (Max Baker) give Constantine an ornate tube, warning him of the danger of handling it carelessly. He calls it "Dragon's Breath".
Constantine test fires the "Dragon's Breath".
"Hmm. I heard you couldn't get these any more ..."

Mossberg 500 "Cruiser"

Chaz (Shia LaBeouf) carries a Mossberg 500 "Cruiser" with an 18" barrel and extended magazine tube.

Mossberg 500 "Cruiser" with heat shield - 12 gauge.
Chaz (Shia LaBeouf) with his Mossberg 500 "Cruiser". Given how short the barrel is and it's overall shorter size in other frames, I believe this is a cut-down Mossberg 500 cruiser 18", not the larger variant with the 20" barrel as pictured - MenaceMan47

Smith & Wesson 3913

Angela Dodson (Rachel Weisz) uses a Smith & Wesson 3913 in several scenes, shown to be very ineffective against demons. During the fight in the pool, Angela's Smith & Wesson 3913 fires 33 shots without reloading, which is pretty good for a pistol that holds 8 rounds in the magazine.

Angela Dodson (Rachel Weisz) loads up her 3913.
Angela Dodson (Rachel Weisz) realizes she is in a pool and aims her S&W 3913 - 9mm
Angela Dodson (Rachel Weisz) aims her S&W 3913 at the ceiling - 9mm
A side shot of her S&W 3913 - 9mm
Angela Dodson (Rachel Weisz) fires her S&W 3913 at a migrant Mexican (possessed and courier of the Spear of Destiny) but to no avail - 9mm
Angela Dodson (Rachel Weisz) firing a total of 33 shots from her 8 shot S&W 3913 - 9mm
