City Hunter: Shinjuku Private Eyes (JP:劇場版シティーハンター 新宿PRIVATE EYES Gekijō-ban Shitī Hantā Shinjuku PRIVATE EYES) is a spinoff of the Japanese anime and manga series of the same name.

The following weapons were used in the anime film City Hunter: Shinjuku Private Eyes:

Revolvers

Colt Python

The Colt Python is once more the weapon of choice used by the protagonist Ryo Saeba.

Colt Lawman Mk III Snubnose

The Colt Lawman Mk III Snubnose is once more the weapon of choice of Kaori Makimura. Unlike in the original anime, it isn't nickel plated.

Pistols

Glock 17

The Glock 17 Generation 3 is seen in the hands of the kidnappers/assassins targeting Ai Shindou. They lack the picatinny rail flats much like the HK416D seen below. The Glock 17 is also used by Kei Hieda and a bodyguard during the climax.

Aiming. Note this is the only time the rail is fully rendered. Also note the bottom one lacks a rail and appears to have a flush bottom like earlier models of Glock.

...causing them to drop their pistols.

The bodyguard drawing his pistol after Shinji Mikuni kills Vince Ingrado. He later draws it on Ryo Saeba, but is shot in the shoulder before he can aim it.
Kei Hieda dropping his pistol after also being shot in the shoulder by Ryo.

Heckler & Koch USP Compact

PMC operatives and the PMC Captain use the Heckler & Koch USP Compact pistols as their standard sidearms. They appear to be fitted with 10-rounder magazines with compact floorplates.

SIG-Sauer P230SL

Shinji Mikuni uses a SIG-Sauer P230SL during the climax.

Shinji aims at Kaori during the climax. Note the hammer is incorrectly up despite him firing the pistol earlier.
Ryo's .357 Magnum bullet about to enter Shinji's P230SL...

Walther PPK

The Walther PPK is seen in the credits used by Kurosaki (although he uses a Walther P5 in the original anime) and by Rosemary Moon/Bloody Mary.

...and firing.

Unknown Pistol

Tokyo Metropolitan Police are seen with unknown pistols in their holsters. They don't appear to be Nambu Model 60 revolvers due to the flush bottom of the pistol grips.

Submachine Guns

Beretta M12S

In a panel from the manga in the opening credits, Miki can be seen firing a Beretta M12S.

Heckler & Koch MP5K

One of the PMC operatives uses a Heckler & Koch MP5K while fighting Ryo in Golden Gai. Ai Shindou picks it up and uses it while trying to defend Ryo.

Shotguns

Winchester 1887

Ryo creates a sawed-off Winchester 1887 similar to the one seen in Terminator 2: Judgment Day and uses it to great effect against the airborne drones.

The sawed-off Winchester 1887 with large-lever loop used by Arnold Schwarzenegger as The Terminator - 10 gauge. Note the metal plate on the lever for better handling during flip-cocking.
Ryo sawing off the barrel (note this is a composite of a panning shot, so no, that isn't a censor bar on his crotch). Also note the already enlarged and trimmed cocking loop.

Loading a shell.
Ryo spin-cocking the shotgun while driving a Hino S'elega bus.
Aiming at a pestering drone.
Blasting it out of the sky. Note the dropped hammer.

Rifles

Heckler & Koch HK416 D10RS

PMC operatives use the Heckler & Koch HK416 D10RS as their primary armament. They are all fitted with Aimpoint M68 optics mounted on Wilcox Comp-M mounts, Gen 1 Magpul MBUS Flip-Sights and KAC Forward Pistol Grips. Much like the aforementioned Glock 17, the picatinny rails all lack flats.

Ryo disabling two PMC goons. Note this is the only time the rails are depicted with flats.
PMCs firing at Ryo, Hayato and Miki. Note their single-point slings.
Ditto.

Fictional Assault Rifle

An assault rifle bearing resemblance to the Heckler & Koch G36 can be seen when Vince Ingrado talks about profiting from war.

The M136 AT4 is used by a PMC operative to destroy the Cat's Eye Cafe.

Taking aim.
Ditto. Note the cocking lever appears to already be in the fired position and is much too flat.
Closeup right before he fires.
Somehow he fires with the forward safety lever. He should have been holding the lever then pushing the trigger (which he did have his thumb on in the prior screenshot of him aiming). Also the trigger and safety lever should both be red.

RPG-7

One of the terrorists in the opening uses a RPG-7 while chasing Kaori (who is driving Ryo's Mini Cooper MKI). One of the PG-7V rockets almost destroys the iconic Godzilla head mounted atop the Shinjuku Toho Building.

The terrorist aims his RPG-7. Note the intersection they pass (Higashi Dori & Kita Dori) is the same intersection which was also famously seen in the Makoto Shinkai film Your Name.
View down the PGO-7 scope. The illumination is incorrectly red instead of yellow. Note the Kabukicho Don Quijote to the left.
Closeup of the trigger.
Their Lamborghini LM002 runs over the mirror of the Mini Cooper, which launches them into the air...
...which causes him to accidentally fire the rocket. Note the Wakasaya Kabukicho branch on the left.
The rocket with its fins deployed travelling toward the Godzilla head. Luckily Ryo's expert marksmanship with his magnum stops the rocket mid-air (although it explodes over the street in front of the Toho Building).
The terrorist readying one more rocket before Ryo disables their vehicle. Note the launcher hasn't been cocked yet.
