A SIG-Sauer P229R is the sidearm carried by Sergeant Henry "Hank" Voight (Jason Beghe).

Glock 17

The Glock 17 is the sidearm carried by the majority of the detectives in the Special Intelligence Unit of the Chicago PD including Antonio Dawson (Jon Seda). The Glock is also carried by Officer Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati).

3rd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm. Note the finger grooves, thumb reliefs, and accessory rail on the frame, which differentiate it from the older model.

Detective Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) carries a Glock 19 as his sidearm. The slide on some episodes is the ZEV Technologies Z19 Spartan Black 3rd Gen Stripped Slide.

M4A1 carbines are used throughout the series. Intelligence Uses them with EXPS2 Eotech sights, gen 3 PMAGS, Surfire300 lights, and DBAL D2 laser.

MK 18 Mod 1

In certain episodes you can see some of the members of Intelligence unit use MK 18 Mod 1 with Magpul CTR Stocks, gen 3 pmags, and flip up sights with various different Eotech reflex sights. The one who uses it the most is Jay Halstead.
