Chicago Fire (2012-)

Chicago Fire is a television drama that follows the lives of firefighters and paramedics serving in the Chicago Fire Department. The series premiered in the US on NBC in 2012. In 2013, Chicago Fire would introduce several characters that would go on to star in Chicago P.D., a spinoff series that follows officers in the Chicago Police Department. Two more spinoffs would follow: Chicago Med, a hospital drama that premiered in 2015, and Chicago Justice, a legal drama that premiered in 2017. All these series are being executive-produced by Dick Wolf, who is responsible for the series Law & Order and its spinoffs. The drama is set in the same universe as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, as evidenced by a Season 3 crossover episode with both Chicago P.D. and SVU.
