The Argentine is the first part of a two part biopic of Che Guevara, covering his activities during the Cuban Revolution. All pictures are from the trailer.

M1 Garand

M1 Garands were the standard service rifles of the Cuban Army, and many eventually ended up in the hands of the Cuban rebels as well.

M2 Carbine

Used by Che Guevara (Benicio del Toro).

M2 Carbine. Select-fire version used primarily during the Korean War and also by ARVN forces during Vietnam. Note the 30rd magazine and wing-screw on muzzle-break.

A Cuban rebel with a FN-FAL. Several hundred of the rifles had been ordered by the Batista regime before his government collapsed; the rebels (including Fidel Castro)also received some FALs from Venezuela.
