The following weapons were used in the anime film Strategy Above the Depths:

M18 smoke grenade

The M18 smoke grenade is seen depicted incorrectly as a stun grenade. The M18's been used for smoke cover.

Sergeant Wataru Takagi explains to Inspector Juzo Megure on how a stun grenade could have been used in the death of Hideto Yashiro.

The M18 taped behind the driver's seat, rigged with piano wire tied up to the seatbelt and to the safety pin.

And the pin is pulled.

Speargun

A speargun is used by Minako Akiyoshi inside the SS Aprodite after she reveals herself to Wataru Kaido in the ship's bow. Its frame appears to be partially based on the Franchi SPAS-12.
