In "Out of Time" (S08E01), Jesse Cardoza (Eddie Cibrian) uses Horatio's Beretta Cougar in a recreation of a shooting during a flashback to 1997. (Horatio carried a Beretta Cougar in the early seasons of CSI: Miami.)

CSI Walter Simons (Omar Benson Miller) uses a Glock 17 as his sidearm during Season 8.
In "Hostile Takeover" (S08E02), Mathew Sloan (Sharif Atkins) is seen holding a Glock 17 during his attack on the MDPD crime lab.
In "In Plane Sight" (S08E04), Officer Denson (Link Baker) is seen with a Glock 17 when detaining a man trying to repo a plane.
In "Die by the Sword" (S08E13), one of Takashi's bodyguards is seen with a Glock 17.
In "Meltdown" (S08E21), one of the jewelry store robbers has a Glock 17.

Pocket "Non-Gun"

In "Miami, We Have a Problem" (S08E15), Beau Lendell (Flex Alexander) is seen firing a pocket pistol while in space. In reality, the firearm is a non-descript pocket pistol Non Gun. It is used to imitate a variety of pocket pistols, although it shares no real similarities to any. In "Meltdown" (S08E21), Jake Berkeley (Johnny Whitworth) is seen firing the non gun pistol.

In "Miami, We Have a Problem" (S08E15), a carjacker is seen with a Smith & Wesson Model 36 revolver.

In "Bad Seed" (S08E05), Gavin Webb (Charles Parnell) is seen with a Winchester Model 1912 riot shotgun when confronting Cardoza.

Mossberg 590A1 (Short Barrel)

In "Hostile Takeover" (S08E02), Mathew Sloan (Sharif Atkins) is seen with what appears to be a short barrel variant of the Mossberg 590A1 shotgun during his attach on the MDPD crime lab. Jesse Cardoza (Eddie Cibrian) is later seen with the gun when Sloan forces him to use it.

Ruger M77 MkII

In "All Fall Down" (S08E24), what appears to be a Ruger M77 MkII is used by the killer (identified as a .308). The rifle is also fitted with an Elcan Digital Hunter scope.

Calleigh examines the rifle. The gas vent hole in the receiver ring is consistent with a Ruger M77. (S08E24)

Calleigh examines the rifle. Though the shot is blurry, note the shape of the bolt handle and bolt shroud. It could be a Remington 700, but the extractor ring around the body of the bolt confirms that it is a Ruger M77. (S08E24)
