Pistols
Beretta 8045 Cougar
In "And Then There Were None" (S02E09), a trio of gunman (disguised as women) attack rob a casino. One of them, Tammy Felton (Brigid Brannagh) is armed with a Beretta 8045 Cougar.
Beretta 92FS
In "Cross Jurisdictions" (S02E22) (which also served as the pilot episode for CSI: Miami), Horatio (David Caruso) uses a Beretta 92FS as his sidearm.
Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket
In "Cross Jurisdictions" (S02E22), Catherine finds a Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket in a safe.
Colt Mustang
In "Ellie" (S02E10), a murder is seen firing a Colt Mustang.
Glock 17
In "Identity Crisis" (S02E13), Grissom (William Petersen) is seen armed with a Glock 17 when searching for Paul Millander. In "Ellie" (S02E10), Brass uses a Glock 17 when he confronts the man who has been taking advantage of his daughter. Warrick is seen processing the pistol which is described as carrying 16 rounds.
Glock 19
In "Stalker" (S02E19), Nick (George Eads) is seen searching his house with his off-duty weapon, a Glock 19. Nigel Crane (Doug Hutchison) later takes the weapon from Nick.
Glock 21
In "And Then There Were None" (S02E09), when attempting to identify the gun that fired a .45 ACP bullet, the CSIs look at a Heckler & Koch USP and Glock 21.
Glock 26
In season 2, Sara Sidle (Jorja Fox) carries a Glock 26.
Heckler & Koch USP
In "And Then There Were None" (S02E09), when attempting to identify the gun that fired a .45 ACP round, the CSIs narrow it down to either a Heckler & Koch USP or a Glock 21. They ultimately determine it's a Heckler & Koch USP which Officer William Spencer (Michael Cudlitz) used.
Lorcin L380
In "Altar Boys" (S02E06), Nick finds a Lorcin L380 which Grissom (William Petersen) is later seen test firing. Roger Jennings (Jeremy Renner) uses the gun to kill a man.
SIG-Sauer P228
In "Stalker" (S02E19), Jim Brass (Paul Guilfoyle) is seen carrying a SIG-Sauer P228 as his sidearm.
Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith"
In "Cross Jurisdictions" (S02E22) (which also served as the pilot episode for CSI: Miami), Calleigh Duquesne (Emily Procter) uses a Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith".
Smith & Wesson 4506
In "And Then There Were None" (S02E09), a trio of gunman (disguised as women) attack rob a casino. One of them, Darin Hanson (Larry Holden) is armed with a Smith & Wesson 4506. Hanson is later confronted by Officer William Spencer (Michael Cudlitz) while holding his S&W.
Smith & Wesson 5906
During season 2, Warrick Brown (Gary Dourdan) and Nick Stokes (George Eads) carry Smith & Wesson 5906s as their sidearms.
M1911A1
In "And Then There Were None" (S02E09), a trio of gunman (disguised as women) attack rob a casino. One of them is armed with an M1911A1.

Astra Terminator
In "Bully for You" (S02E04), a suspect uses a ".44" Astra Terminator to kill a student. A photo of the gun is later seen.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
In "Cross Jurisdictions" (S02E22), Catherine finds a Smith & Wesson Model 36 in a safe that Brass is then seen inspecting. In "Burden of Proof" (S02E15), Grissom examines a suspect's .38 Special revolver.
Smith & Wesson Model 19
In "You've Got Male" (S02E12), Nick and Catherine find a Smith & Wesson Model 19 in a pond.
Ruger SP101
In "Burden of Proof" (S02E15), Grissom uses what appears to be a Ruger SP101 to test a "meat" bullet.
Rifles
Winchester Model 70
In "You've Got Male" (S02E12), Nick finds a hunting rifle that he identifies as a Winchester Model 70.
Remington 700
In "Cross Jurisdictions" (S02E22) (which also served as the pilot episode for CSI: Miami), Horatio (David Caruso) uses a Remington 700 to protect Eric from gators while hes diving.
Remington Model 700SPS
In "Cross Jurisdictions" (S02E22) (which also served as the pilot episode for CSI: Miami), a Remington 700 SPS rifle fitted with an infra-red night vision scope is seen in the hands of a SWAT sniper when a suspect is believed to be cornered aboard a yacht, though is unable to make out exactly who is aboard the vessel and despite orders to fire from an FBI agent on the scene, does not take the shot after Caine tells the sniper that it could be an innocent civilian.
Winchester Model 61
In "Felonious Monk" (S02E17), a gunman uses a Winchester Model 61 to kill four monks. Grissom later finds the gun at the scene.
Shotguns
Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun
In "Burked" (S02E01), an LVPD officer is seen armed with what appears to be a Smith & Wesson 3000 shotgun.
