The following weapons were used in Season 2 of the anime series Bungo Stray Dogs:

Pistols

Beretta 92FS

Sakunosuke Oda normally carries two Beretta 92FS pistols in his shoulder holsters seen in Ep. 13 "The Dark Age" and Ep. 15 "A Room Where We Can Someday See the Ocean". In these two episodes, he makes use of them. In Ep. 16 "Bungo Stray Dogs", he uses them during a firefight against André Gide.

Suprised by two Mimic members, Sakunosuke Oda draws one of his pistols.

Like Ichiyō Higuchi does with Akutagawa in season one, Oda fired pass Dazai (Ep. 13).

At the beginning of Ep. 16, Oda prepares himself to fight the Mimic organization by hiding some Beretta magazines at his wrist.

Shortly thereafter, he pushes in a full magazine into one of his Berettas (Ep. 16).

Having reached the hiding place of Mimic, he fires the two pistols at two members (Ep. 16).

While pointing a Beretta at André, he explains that nobody can win if the abilities are used (Ep. 16).

After reloading, he releases the slide (Ep. 16).

Walther P38

The "Grau Geist" (Grey Ghost) pistol of the Mimic guerrilla organization is the Walther P38. The widespread use of the pistol starts in the first Ep. 13 "The Dark Age" (of this season), in which Osamu Dazai it explained in detail. The P38 is notably dual-used by the leader André Gide in Ep. 15 "A Room Where We Can Someday See the Ocean" and Ep. 16 "Bungo Stray Dogs".

Dazai:"Do you recognize this gun?"
Hirotsu Ryūrō:"It's an old model, even older than me. But I believe that would be a "Grau Geist". It's a traditional European pistol."

Dazai:"You see the gun holster on his vest? It's a very old style firearm from Europe. It's called a "Grau Geist". They're using vintage pistols, they have low accuracy and firing rates. Not exactly well-suited for modern combat. That pistol most likely serves as their personal emblem."

Oda:"If what you said earlier is true, and this gun is some kind of emblem of theirs, does that mean..."

Makarov PM

Makarov PM pistols with black grips are the standard sidearm for the Port Mafia. First seen in Ep. 14 "Nowhere to Return" on a table and later used by Osamu Dazai to teach Ryūnosuke Akutagawa a lesson. Another worth mentioning user is Higuchi Ichiyō, who can be seen with one of it during the second opening and in Ep. 19 "Will of Tycoon" and Ep. 20 "Though the Mind May Be Wrong".

Beretta 92FS Inox

Doppo Kunikida is the only "Armed Detective Agency" member who uses a Beretta 92FS Inox pistol as his service sidearm which is only seen and fired in Ep. 19 "Will of Tycoon".

Colt M1911A1

Japanese Police forces and the Gifted Special Operations Division in Ep. 19 "Will of Tycoon" are equipped with Colt M1911A1 pistols.

Tokarev TT-33

Michizō Tachihara can again be seen with his Tokarev TT-33 pistols, that he uses in Ep. 20 "Though the Mind May Be Wrong" and Ep. 21 "Double Black".

Revolvers

Colt Single Action Army

A long-barreled Colt Single Action Army revolver with larger ejection mechanism is the personal sidearm of Guild leader Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald ("The Great Fitzgerald"; an allusion to The Great Gatsby). First seen and only used by him in Ep. 17 "Three Companies Conflict".

Two Police officers are seen with holstered Nambu Model 60 revolvers in Ep. 20 "Though the Mind May Be Wrong" as they come to aid Atsushi and Kyōka.

Submachine Guns

M1928 Thompson

The primary gun of the Port Mafia henchmen are again M1928 Thompson submachine guns.

During a description of Dazai, several Mafiosi can be seen with Thompsons (Ep. 13).

IMI Uzi

Some Uzi submachine guns are used by some Port Mafia members, especially by Dazai's men in Ep. 13 "The Dark Age".

Heckler & Koch MP5A2

Mimic organization is armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A2 which used in Ep. 13 "The Dark Age", Ep. 14 "Nowhere to Return" and Ep. 16 "Bungo Stray Dogs". In Ep. 15 "A Room Where We Can Someday See the Ocean", some Special Ability Department agents can briefly be seen armed with this submachine gun. After these flashbacks episodes, the Guild uses some MP5s in Ep. 18 "The Strategy of Conflict", Ep. 20 "Though the Mind May Be Wrong" and Ep. 21 "Double Black".

Rifles

Colt M4A1

The armed detectives have installed three self-firing Colt M4A1 rifles in Ep. 18 "The Strategy of Conflict" as a trap in the abandoned train tunnel.

They are equipped with laser pointers and reflex sights.

Knight's Armament M110

A Knight's Armament M110 SASS is fired by Mark Twain in Ep. 20 "Though the Mind May be Wrong". The M110 is fitted with a standard M16-style stock, unlike to the Manga, where it fitted with a Magpul ACS buttstock.

Hand Grenades

Stun Grenade

A stun grenade is used by Osamu Dazai in Ep. 13 "The Dark Age".

Oda equips himself with several M67 hand grenades in Ep. 16 "Bungo Stray Dogs".

Other

"European" Army

During the told memories of Mimic leader André Gide, an "European" army can be seen with a WW2-era German Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. B Tiger II "Königstiger" (King Tiger) heavy tank.

Note also the uniforms, that also appear to be German, with Maskenbehälter M38 for gas masks on the backs. The soldiers carry guns, which are never showed clearly.

Wire Gun

During the second opening, Doppo Kunikida is seen with a Wire Gun which he now fires.

This time he fires the Wire instead of just holding.

Taser X26

In Ep. 17 "Three Companies Conflict", Nakajima Atsushi gives a Taser X26 to Izumi Kyōka to protect herself.

Atsushi presents the Taser to Kyōka.

At the judge's building, she shoots her taser at the power grid in order to disable the power in the building.

Once breaking into the judge's room, she again makes use of her Taser although that would not have been necessary.

Tantō

A small Tantō sword is used by Kyōka in Ep. 17 "Three Companies Conflict" and Ep. 20 "Though the Mind May be Wrong".

Atsushi: "Looks like we'll have to do something about that guard."
Kyōka:"Killing? First, I'll use my charm to lure him into an isolated area. And then..."
Atsushi:"Yeah, that's not exactly how we do things at the agency!" (Ep. 17).
