The following weapons were used in the anime series Bungo Stray Dogs - Season 1:

Handguns

Beretta 92FS Inox

The Beretta 92FS Inox is the standard sidearm of the "Armed Detective Agency" members. First used by Doppo Kunikida in Ep. 06 "The Azure Messenger" and one episode later in "Love for the Disease Called Ideals" by Osamu Dazai.

He aims the pistol at Ryunosuke Akutagawa during a fight (Ep. 06).

While encountering some Mafia members he racks the slide on his Beretta (Ep. 07).

Osamu Dazai quickly draws his sidearm at the approaching Nobuko Sasaki...

... and holds her at gunpoint (Ep. 07).

He stops aiming at her because he couldn't kill her (Ep. 07).

Colt M1911A1

What appears to be Colt M1911A1 pistols are used by two Japanese MP officers in Ep. 03 "Yokohama Gangster Paradise" to arrest Ryūnosuke Akutagawa.

Nambu Model 60

A Nambu Model 60 revolver is used in Ep. 05 "Murder on D Street" by Police Officer Junsa Sugimoto.

In this scene the barrel looks a bit like a Colt Detective Special with a 3" barrel.

Beretta 92FS

Nobuko Sasaki is seen with a Beretta 92FS pistol while confronting Doppo Kunikida and Osamu Dazai at the end of Ep. 07 "Love for the Disease Called Ideals".

Makarov PM

The Port Mafia's sidearm is the Makarov PM with black grips. First seen in the hands of Ichiyō Higuchi in Ep. 03 "Yokohama Gangster Paradise" and later by Mafia members in Ep. 09 "The Beauty Is Quiet Like a Stone Statue", Ep. 10 "Rashōmon and the Tiger" and Ep. 11 "First, an Unsuitable Profession for Her. Second, an Ecstatic Detective Agency".

Baikal IJ-70 - 9x18mm Makarov. It is a US market import model of the Makarov.

A Makarov is seen during a nightmare (Ep. 05).

Two Mafiosi fire at two Japanese police officers (Ep. 09).

Kyōka Izumi remembering the good times with Nakajima Atsushi aims at Ryūnosuke (Ep. 10).

Her pistol being cut into two parts with the might of Ryūnosuke's Rashōmon (Ep. 10).

Higuchi gets shot so she drops her pistol. Note this time the Makarov is seen with a brown grip (Ep. 11).

Tokarev TT-33

Despite the Makarov is the standard pistol of the Port Mafia, Michizō Tachihara can be seen with a Tokarev TT-33 pistol, that he uses in Ep. 04 "The Tragedy of the Fatalist" and Ep. 11 "First, an Unsuitable Profession for Her. Second, an Ecstatic Detective Agency".

He pulls his pistol at Gin Akutagawa (Ep. 04).

Submachine Guns

Uzi

In Ep. 03 "Yokohama Gangster Paradise" and Ep. 11 "First, an Unsuitable Profession for Her. Second, an Ecstatic Detective Agency", Ichiyō Higuchi uses two Uzi submachine guns.

She starts pointing her Uzis at Jun'ichirō Tanizaki, Naomi Tanizaki and Nakajima Atsushi (Ep. 03)

M1928 Thompson

The primary weapon of Port Mafia members is the M1928 Thompson with drum magazine. They can be seen using it in Ep. 04 "The Tragedy of the Fatalist", Ep. 09 "The Beauty Is Quiet Like a Stone Statue" and Ep. 11 "First, an Unsuitable Profession for Her. Second, an Ecstatic Detective Agency".

In Ep. 11 "First, an Unsuitable Profession for Her. Second, an Ecstatic Detective Agency", foreign mercenaries, who kidnap Ryunosuke Akutagawa, are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A2s.

Howa Type 89

Howa Type 89 rifles can be seen locked in a cupboard in Ep. 03 "Yokohama Gangster Paradise". These rifles can be seen also in the arsenal of the Port Mafia in Ep. 11 "First, an Unsuitable Profession for Her. Second, an Ecstatic Detective Agency".

Some M67 hand grenades are used by several characters in Ep. 07 "Love for the Disease Called Ideals" and Ep. 11 "First, an Unsuitable Profession for Her. Second, an Ecstatic Detective Agency".
