The Bourne Legacy

The Bourne Legacy is a 2012 thriller set in the same universe as The Bourne Identity. Jeremy Renner stars in the film as Aaron Cross, a US military operative who is a member of a US Department of Defense covert program that co-exists alongside the CIA program that produced Jason Bourne. The film is set during the events of The Bourne Ultimatum, as Cross tries to evade the forces sent to eliminate him and any evidence linking him to the program after Bourne is exposed. The film was directed by Tony Gilroy (Michael Clayton), who co-wrote the screenplays for the first three Bourne films and the cast includes Rachel Weisz and Edward Norton, as well as Albert Finney, Scott Glenn and Joan Allen, who reprise their roles from The Bourne Ultimatum.

Glock 19
Dr. Connie Dowd (Elizabeth Marvel) is seen with a Glock 19 in the house shootout. Aaron Cross (Jeremy Renner) later holds both a Glock 19 along with a SIG-Sauer P229 in a confrontation with Dr. Marta Shearing (Rachel Weisz), who also holds the pistol.
SIG-Sauer P226R
Aaron Cross (Jeremy Renner) uses a SIG-Sauer P226R to shoot through a door and kill a target. This appears to be a continuity error, switching from a P229R.

Aaron Cross (Jeremy Renner) uses what appears to be a custom rifle based on a Nemesis Arms Vanquish takedown sniper rifle during a training mission in Alaska. In some scenes, this particular rifle is seen firing as a semi-automatic and the bolt action appears to have been removed.
Winchester Model 70
An Outcome agent known simply as '#3' (Oscar Isaac) holds what appears to be a Winchester Model 70 when he meets Cross in Alaska. This rifle also appears to be among the rifles seen in a gun rack in #3's Outcome safehouse.
