Bosch's partner, Detective Jerry "J. Edgar" Edgar (Jamie Hector) carries the Glock 17 as his service weapon. Other uniformed LAPD officers also are armed with the Glock 17 (The Glock 22 was previously the official department issue of the LAPD).
