Body of Lies

Since this movie (directed by Ridley Scott) and starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe will not be released until October 10th, 2008, all weapons information will be gleaned from pre release studio sources and the trailer. As we all know, things can change in the formal release of a movie, scenes can be deleted and changed at the last minute.

• Seen early on as a SWAT team moves into a building, and then the building explodes.

Heckler & Koch G36K

• Hard to tell which variant, but DiCaprio fires at a pursuing pickup truck in the desert. The terrorist also uses this to try to take down a helicopter.

RPG-7

• Again, hard to tell what variant, but a middle eastern terrorist is carrying one, trying to kill Agent Roger Farris(Leonardo Dicaprio)

Glock 17

Agent Roger Farris (Leonardo Dicaprio) uses this as his main weapon.

• DiCaprio definitely is using it to shoot at a car in the street at one point in the film (Trailer only)

HK USP Compact

• DiCaprio loads a HK USP Compact in his car.

Scorpion Vz-61

Farris uses this weapon in the safehouse.

Heckler and Koch MP5K

used by Hani's men to rescue farris.
