A CZ 75 SP-01 PHANTOM appears to be the sidearm of Dembe Zuma (Hisham Tawfiq) throughout the season, first appearing in "The Scimitar (No. 22)". One of Lord Baltimore's men uses a CZ 75 SP-01 PHANTOM as his sidearm when he raids the Hyland residence in "Lord Baltimore (No. 104)".

A Front cultist named Chris Perez (Blake DeLong), infected with the Apophis Strain, uses Navabi's sidearm to shoot her near the end of "The Front (No. 74)". Loyd Munroe (Elliot Villar) uses one taken from a New York State Trooper at the start of "The Longevity Initiative (No. 97)".

A Berlin agent disguised as a Homeland Security agent use it to shoot Fitch's aide in "The Decembrist (No. 12)".

A Smith & Wesson New Model No.3 with a pearl grip is used throughout "T. Earl King VI (No. 94)" as the sidearm used by the King family to settle differences by Russian roulette. Reddington uses it to execute the patriarch after escaping captivity.
