Black Jack: The Boy Who Came From the Sky (2000)

Black Jack: The Boy Who Came From the Sky (Black Jack: Sora Kara Kita Kodomo) is a 22 minute OVA based on the manga series by Osamu Tezuka that was included with two volumes of the manga in the Black Jack Limited Edition Box released in Japan in 2000.

Several of the soldiers at the Berad Republic Air Force Base are armed with M16A2 rifles. The rifles are all somewhat "squashed" to mesh with Tezuka's art style, making them seem abnormally short.
