What appears to be a customized gold-plated Serbian Nagant M1891 revolver is personal firearm of Grga Pitic (Sabri Sulejmani).

Swedish Nagant M1887 revolver - 7.5mm Nagant. Serbian M1891 looks very similar.

Close Up. It seems that the gun went through a customization, including the new frame (without external bolts), a new ejector rod, and the loading gate was changed to open back (instead a sideway).
