Ben Jones

Ben Jones is an American actor, writer and politician most famous for his role as "Cooter Davenport" on the American television series The Dukes of Hazzard. Following the end of The Dukes of Hazzard, Jones served two terms in the US House of Representatives representing Georgia's 4th district before losing in the 1993 primary after district lines were redrawn.
