Pistols

Possibly Beretta M9

In the beginning of the new "Fault Line Episode 1" video, a Marine who is sitting in front of the player has a pistol holstered to his vest. This could be the standard issue Beretta M9 pistol used by the U.S. Marine Corps today.

Beretta M9 9x19mm. U.S. military-issue 92FS. Note nomenclature on slide distinguishing this from a standard civilian Beretta 92FS.

Assault Rifles

M16A4 Rifle

The M16A4 rifle is briefly shown during gameplay footage. For some reason it has no iron sights or even optic sights, but this could be probably because of the alpha stages of the game. In real life this would remove the blow back functionality of the weapon, essentially making it a bolt action.

M16A4 MWS (Modular Weapon System) with RAS rails installed, AN/PEQ-2 IR designator, RIS foregrip, and Trijicon 4x32 ACOG scope - 5.56x45mm. This is the USMC style setup.

One of the Marines on the top right is carrying what looks like an M16A4 during the briefing scene.

M4A1 Carbine

The M4A1 Carbine is commonly seen in gameplay footage which is also in the hands of the main character. Because of the alpha stages, the in-game M4A1 can be seen fitted with iron sights, EOtech 551 Holographic sight, Trijicon 4x32 ACOG scope, Surefire Universal Weaponlight, AN/PEQ-2 laser designator, Magpul Ranger Plate and an unknown stock (possibly a painted LE stock or Magpul CTR stock). The player character also performs the weapon's reload procedure wrong, racking the charging handle after loading a new magazine rather than using the bolt release. Though this would work it is much less practical.

M4A1 Carbine - 5.56x45mm with M68 Aimpoint red dot sight.

Machine Guns

M240B Machine Gun

The M240B appears in the hands of some U.S. Marines, and in the hands of the player, fitted with an EOtech 551 Holographic sight.

M240B 7.62x51mm NATO - with newer style lower handguard (designed to attach RIS rails via hex nut).

M136 AT4

The M136 AT4 appears in the hands of US Marines.

Mk 19 Grenade Launcher

Mk 19 grenade launchers are seen mounted on Humvees.
