Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is the 2016 superhero feature film that marks the first live-action pairing of Superman and Batman. Henry Cavill returns as Clark Kent/Superman from Man of Steel and Ben Affleck makes his debut as Bruce Wayne/Batman. The film was directed by Zack Snyder and is also part of the Worlds of DC, which includes Man of Steel, Suicide Squad and Wonder Woman.
NOTE: Some of the screencaps are from the Ultimate Edition, which adds an additional 30-minutes of previously-cut footage to the film.

Colt M1911A1
In the opening scene, Joe Chill uses a Colt M1911A1 to threaten and then shoot both Thomas Wayne (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and Martha Wayne (Lauren Cohan).
Martha Wayne (Lauren Cohan) is threatened with the M1911A1 in a scene from the Ultimate Cut and inspired from a panel in The Dark Knight Returns graphic novel.
Browning Hi-Power
General Amajagh (Sammi Rotibi) takes a Browning Hi-Power from one of his subordinates during a confrontation with Lois Lane (Amy Adams) and Jimmy Olsen (Michael Cassidy). He later uses it to threaten Lois before she is rescued by Superman (Henry Cavill).

Heckler & Koch USP45
LexCorp security contractors carry the Heckler & Koch USP45 as their sidearm. Anatoli Knyazev (Callan Mulvey) uses an USP45 to kill several of General Amajagh's militants in Nairomi. Some of his henchmen also use USP45s during the warehouse fight with Batman (Ben Affleck).

SIG-Sauer P226R
A Gotham City police officer is seen with a SIG-Sauer P226R while searching an abandoned house. A few resistance fighters use the P226R in the Knightmare, most notably the one who betrays Batman to Superman. During the warehouse fight, one of Anatoli Knyazev's henchmen tries to kill Batman (Ben Affleck) with a P226R.
Colt MK IV Series 80
In the Knightmare, Batman's sidearm is a Colt MK IV Series 80 with faux ivory grips. He uses it to kill a resistance fighter who betrays him and several of Superman's soldiers in the ensuing fight.
Glock 17
In the Knightmare, Superman's soldiers carry the Glock 17 as their sidearm.
Glock 19
A few Gotham City police officers are seen with Glock 19s in their holsters.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
In one of the metahuman video files, a robber threatens a convenience store clerk with a 4" barreled Smith & Wesson Model 686 before being stopped by Barry Allen/Flash (Ezra Miller).

Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is carried by DC SWAT officers at the US Capitol.
Heckler & Koch MP7A1
One of Batman's resistance fighters is seen armed with a Heckler & Koch MP7A1 in the Knightmare. An MP7A1 is also used by one of Anatoli Knyazev's henchmen during the car chase through the Port of Gotham.
KRISS Vector
Two KRISS Vectors are seen in the Batcave's armory. At least one resistance fighter is armed with a Vector in the Knightmare.
Shotguns
Remington Model 870
A Gotham City police officer is armed with a Remington Model 870 while investigating an abandoned house, and fires it at Batman upon seeing him. A prison guard in Metropolis is also seen with a Model 870.
Kel-Tec KSG
Some of Superman's soldiers are seen wielding Kel-Tec KSG shotguns fitted with vertical foregrips in the Knightmare.
M26 MASS (Modular Accessory Shotgun System)
During the warehouse fight, one of Anatoli Knyazev's henchmen uses a stand-alone M26 Modular Accessory Shotgun System to blow open a door to confront Batman.
Winchester Model 1897 "Trench Gun"
Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) is seen holding a Winchester Model 1897 "Trench Gun" in a group photo with Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) dating back to 1918.

AKMS
Some of General Amajagh's men are also armed with AKMS rifles.
AKMSU
One of General Amajagh's men is armed with an AKMSU.
AKMSU Krinkov - 7.62x39mm. This is a blank-adapted full-auto transferable AKM (7.62x39mm) rifle that was converted into a Krinkov via parts kit. Guns just like this one have been used in Tropic Thunder, Three Kings, and numerous other films and TV shows.
FN SCAR-L
The FN SCAR-L is featured prominently in the film. It is mainly used by LexCorp security contractors and Anatoli Knyazev's henchmen with various accessories such as Aimpoint M68 reflex sights, Trijicon ACOG scopes, vertical foregrips and AN/PEQ-15 laser modules. Some of Batman's resistance fighters are armed with SCAR-Ls, and Batman himself carries one modified with a Sightmark Mini Shot reflex sight, cloth wrapped around the handguard, and a joker card taped to the stock. All the SCAR-Ls in the film are two-toned with black stocks and lower receivers and grey upper receivers. Both 10 and 14-inch barreled models are seen in the film.

Heckler & Koch G36C
In Batman's (Ben Affleck) dream, Heckler & Koch G36Cs are used by Superman's (Henry Cavill) soldiers. A G36C is also seen in the hands of Batman in this sequence, taken from a soldier. A henchman also uses a G36C while confronting Batman in a warehouse.
Heckler & Koch HK416
Python Team Leader (Bailey Chase), the Delta team leader sent in to rescue Lois Lane (Amy Adams) at the beginning of the film, is seen with a tan-painted Heckler & Koch HK416 equipped with various accessories. Knyazev's henchmen are also seen with HK416 D10RS carbines throughout the film.
A closer shot of the HK416 carried by Python Team Leader (Bailey Chase) shows that it has a EOTech XPS sight and 3x magnifier, Magpul CTR stock, and AN/PEQ-15 ATPIAL.
IMI Galil MAR
Several of Anatoli Knyazev's henchmen use Galil MAR compact assault rifles with reflex sights and AN/PEQ-2 TPIALs.
Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk III*
The Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk III* is the rifle carried by Sameer (Saïd Taghmaoui) in a photograph dating back to 1918.

M4A1 Carbine
U.S. Army soldiers, Metropolitan police officers, and FBI SWAT agents are seen armed with M4A1 Carbines, most of which are fitted with various attachments such as KAC RIS handguards and SureFire M500 forend weaponlights, vertical foregrips, tactical lights, EOTech sights, MagPul CTR stocks, and PMAGs. One of Batman's resistance fighters in the Knightmare is also armed with an M4A1.
M1917 Enfield

Batman is seen on a rooftop armed with a sniper rifle that is used to fire a tracking beacon on a convoy led by Knyazev. Based on production stills, this rifle appears to be a Remington 700 fitted into a wood or wood-effect model of the Bell & Carlson Varmint/Tactical stock.
Winchester Model 1866 "Yellow Boy"
Chief Napi (Eugene Brave Rock) is seen holding a Winchester Model 1866 "Yellow Boy" in a group photo with Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) dating back to 1918. The carbine has been customized with brass tacks being nailed into the stock.

M249 SAW Paratrooper
A mercenary is seen firing an M249 SAW during a car chase.
Browning M2HB
Browning M2HB machine guns mounted on Ram pickup trucks are used by Knyazev's henchmen to shoot at the Batwing. In Bruce Wayne's nightmare, a Browning M2 is also seen. Browning M2s with custom muzzle brakes are part of the weapons systems firing at Superman during his and Batman's confrontation.
DShK
In the Ultimate Edition Cut, DShK heavy machine guns are seen mounted in rebel positions in the desert.
M60
One of Anatoli Knyazev's henchmen is seen threatening Martha Kent (Diane Lane) with an M60 machine gun. When Batman comes to rescue Martha, he subdues the henchman and uses the M60 one-handed.
Dillon Aero M134 Minigun
During a car chase, Anatoli Knyazev's henchmen are seen using an M134 Minigun mounted on a truck. Several miniguns are also seen mounted on the Batwing.
Launchers
FN MK 13 EGLM
A black stand-alone FN MK 13 grenade launcher is used by Batman to fire grenades, smoke rounds, or as seen in the film, Kryptonite rounds, which he fires at Superman and Doomsday. For no discernible reason, the MK 13 has two GG&G Harris Bipod Adapters mounted on the left-hand side rail, seemingly for sling points. According to prop master Douglas Harlocker, the MK 13 was used because it has a "Batman-ish" feel, being "complicated. but not over-complicated" and "the scale was really good for [Batman]", plus he'd never seen it in the film before (guess he doesn't visit IMFDB; it was in Transformers: Dark of the Moon). Harlocker also claims that after Zack Snyder approved the MK 13, it was painted and had its stock apparently modified, despite the fact that the stock actually appears to be... stock.

FGM-148 Javelin
A mockup of the FGM-148 Javelin is in the hands of Anatoli Knyazev (Callan Mulvey) during a car chase with Batman.

Flamethrower
Anatoli Knyazev (Callan Mulvey) uses a flamethrower to burn the bodies of General Amajagh's men in Nairomi. He later uses the flamethrower while holding Martha Kent (Diane Lane) hostage.
CTS Model 7290M Mini Bang
A CTS Model 7290M Mini Bang, modified (apparently) by Independent Studio Services to be the fictional EFS Model 6500G (presumably for legal reasons), is used in the film. Notably, the new address on the prop is ISS's actual address and the U.S. patent number actually corresponds with a patent for a "pumping assembly for well fluids" filled in 1955.
