AKM

Dr. Emmett 'Doc' Brown (Christopher Lloyd) is shot with a AKM by Libyan terrorists. This is one of the very few instances in film where a Kalashnikov-pattern rifle is seen jamming (yet it can happen, usually when a round pops up at a strange angle in the magazine, stopping the feed completely, and racking the action doesn't immediately eject the misfed round). Why this was noteworthy amongst firearms enthusiasts is because the AK series is considered some of the world's most reliable weapons and rarely experiences jams such as the one portrayed in the film.

AKM, Stamped Steel Receiver w/ slant muzzle brake - 7.62x39mm
A Libyan (Richard L. Duran, a professional stuntman) opens fire on Doc Brown from the van with his AKM rifle.
The Libyan with his AKM rifle confronts Doc.
The Libyan prepares to fire his AKM at Doc.
Firing the weapon.
Another view of the AKM as the Libyan hears Marty.
The weapon jams.
The Libyan fires in the chase with the Delorean.

RPG-7

The Libyan terrorists attempt to destroy the time machine with an RPG-7, causing Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) to accelerate to the speed necessary to initiate time travel in an attempt to escape. In reality, the weapon is a fake RPG-7 common in films made in the 1980's such as Red Dawn.

Colt Single Action Army

In the beginning of the movie, Doc Brown attempts to defend himself from the terrorists with a nickel-plated Single Action Army fitted with pearl grips. He is also seen to be owning an SAA in 1955 as evidenced in Back to the Future Part III.

Colt Single Action Army 5.5" 'Artillery' model - .45 Long Colt
Doc Brown discovers that Colt SAA is unloaded. Looking down the barrel with the finger on the trigger isn't usually the best way to do so...
Holding up the Colt, Doc tries to give himself up.

Charles Parker 1878 Double Barrel Shotgun

When Marty first travels back in time to 1955, "Old Man Peabody", a farmer plus obsessive pine-tree breeder (Will Hare), mistaking him for a malevolent space mutant, fires a Charles Parker shotgun at him.

Charles Parker 1878 Side by Side Shotgun - 12 Gauge
"Take that, you mutated son of a bitch!"
Peabody holds the shotgun as Marty smashes out of his barn in the DeLorean.
