Ash vs. Evil Dead is an American television horror series created by Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell, and it takes place in the same universe as The Evil Dead film series. The series follows Ash (Campbell), thirty years after the events of Evil Dead II. Ash, who is now living a relatively normal life working at a ValueStop, is suddenly thrust back into action against the deadites after a mysterious force brings them out of the Necronomicon. The cast includes Lucy Lawless and Jill Marie Jones. The series premiered in the US on the Starz channel on Halloween (October 31th) 2015.
