ARGUS agent Maseo Yamashiro (Karl Yune) uses a Colt M1911A1 in Hong Kong as his main sidearm, first seen in "The Calm", when Oliver was held captive in the territory for five years.

Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen throughout the season in the hands of various characters.
Glock 17 3rd Generation - 9x19mm

Laurel Lance aims her Glock 17 at a disarmed Lacroix.
Diggle opens fire with dual Glock 17s at armed mercenaries in Costo Maltese in the middel of "Costo Maltese".
Oliver uses one of Diggle's Glock 17s to stop mercenaries from escaping with the ARGUS actual data.
Isaac Stanzler (
Nathan Mitchell) threatens Ted Grant with a Glock 17 in "Guilty".
2nd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm. This model added finger stepping and cuts to the backstrap of the frame to make it easier to hold than the Generation 1 model.
Agent Yamashiro "rescue" Tommy, held "hostage" while masquerading as a Hong Kong Police Force officer. Note that the use of the Glock 17 is inaccurate since uniformed officers are currently allowed to use revolvers.
Ruger KP90
A Ruger KP90 is used by Cooper Seldon (Nolan Gerard Funk) as his sidearm in "The Secret of Felicity Smoak".

Heckler & Koch MP7A1
Some of the mercenaries who met with Mark Shaw in Cordo Maltese use Heckler & Koch MP7A1s in "Cordo Maltese". Armed men working for Cooper Seldon use them near the end of "The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak".

Four M60C GPMGs with EOTech sights are rigged to fire via remote control in "The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak".

Rocket Launchers
RPG-7
The RPG-7 is seen twice in "The Calm", from an arms shipment seized by Diggle and from one used by Werner Zytle/Count Vertigo II (Peter Stormare). A RPG-7 equipped with iron sights is used by one of Cooper's men near the end of "The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak".

The Oneida Eagle Kestrel returns as the main bow used by Oliver in the season.

Recurve Bow
Roy uses a recurve bow as his personal bow in this season when he's in his Red Arrow costume. Lacroix also uses a recurve bow as his main weapon throughout "Sara" (S03E02).
Roy handles his own compound bow at the Foundry in "Corto Maltese".
Roy fires an arrow to disable the RPG-7 in "The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak".
Lacroix taunts Oliver in "Sara" with the compound bow aimed at him.
Compound Bow
Nyssa al Ghul (Katrin Law) uses a compound bow again in the season, first seen near the end of "Corto Maltese" (S03E03).
