Arrow is the television series adaptation of the DC Comics superhero Green Arrow and Stephen Amell stars as Oliver Queen, a billionaire playboy who returns to civilization after being stranded on an island for five years. He then takes up the mantle of the "Arrow", a secret vigilante who uses a bow and arrow to fight injustice. The series which premiered in the US on the CW Network in 2012 and is set in the same DC Comics television universe as the CW shows The Flash, Supergirl, and Legends of Tomorrow.

It's due to end after the 8th season, making it the first show in the Arrowverse to close.
