Alex Rider: Operation Stormbreaker (2006)

Alex Rider: Operation Stormbreaker is the 2006 film adaptation of the young adult novel Stormbreaker, the first in the Alex Rider series of teen thrillers by Anthony Horowitz. The hero is Alex Rider, a teenaged British boy who finds out that his uncle was an operative for the British MI6, which recruits him to finish the mission his uncle was killed on.

SAS soldiers at the Brecon Beacons training camp are seen training with what appear to be Colt Model 727 carbines. The SAS team guarding the Prime Minister at the Science Museum also carries these, and their leader, Wolf (Ashley Walters) tosses his to Alex (Alex Pettyfer), which Alex uses. The carbines are most likely used in lieu of the Colt Canada C8, the rifle the Special Air Service actually uses.
