Colonel Shikishima used a Desert Eagle to shoot Tetsuo at the Neo-Tokyo Stadium.
Beretta M1934
One of the resistance members while kidnapping Takashi uses a Beretta M1934 and Mayor Nesu also appears to uses one with a squared/hooked trigger guard.

Kei uses one to shoot a soldier's face off

Sten Mk. II
During the bombing of the skyscraper mall, one of the fleeing resistance members fires a Sten Mk. II submachine gun at pursuing soldiers before being gunned down.
Uzi
One of the resistance members carries a full-size Uzi during the infiltration of the government labs. Kei later uses it to shoot at the flying platforms.
GAU-19/A
A three-barrel .50 caliber GAU-19/A is mounted on the flying platform.

Federal M201-Z Grenade Launcher
The Neo-Tokyo Army used Federal M201-Z Grenade Launchers when trying to stop Tetsuo during his break-out.

A Laser cannon used by the army and Kaneda in the final battle against Tetsuo.
