Ace Ventura: Pet Detective is a 1994 comedy starring Jim Carrey as a private investigator who specializes in recovering lost pets. In the film, he takes on the case of the missing mascot of the Miami Dolphins football team. Carrey would reprise his role in 1995's Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls.
