Lt. Lois Einhorn (Sean Young) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 65 with in the end..

Colt Python
Roc (Tiny Ron), one of the criminals kidnapping Dan Marino (played by Marino himself) uses a nickel Colt Python when Ace (Jim Carrey) is chasing them. Malissa Robinson (Courtney Cox) also uses one is her fake hostage taking of Ace's friend Emilio (Tone Lõc) in order to distract the police.
Roc (Tiny Ron) fires at Ace with his Colt Python (which Ace catches in his teeth!)

Sgt. Aguado (John Capodice) uses a nickel Colt Commander as his sidearm throughout the film.
