The OM 50 Nemesis was a bolt-action anti-materiel rifle made by the Swiss company AMSD (Advanced Military Systems Design). The first prototype was introduced in the early 2000s, and the rifle was continuously improved as the years went by. The latest version was known as the OM 50 Nemesis MK5, which had a redesigned pistol grip, magazine well, buttstock and bolt handle. Recently, Swiss Arms (formerly SIG) acquired the rights to further develop and manufacture the Nemesis. Swiss Arms made several changes and improvements to the rifle and are currently offering the updated version of the Nemesis. The new design of the gun also called for a new designation: The rifle is currently known as the SG 511.
