The 2 cm FlaK 38 (2 cm Flugabwehrkanone 38) was a 20mm anti-aircraft gun widely used by various German forces throughout the Second World War. FlaK 38 and its predecessor 2cm FlaK 30 were produced by Rheinmetall and Mauser in large quantities (the base design of the gun was made by Solothurn, Switzerland). It was the primary German light anti-aircraft gun and was produced in a variety of models, notably the Flakvierling 38 which combined four FlaK 38 cannon on a single carriage.

The German 105mm heavy anti-air gun was also referred to as FlaK 38, despite being unrelated. This is why the German designation always included the caliber in front of the name and introduction year. It was originally used by the Kriegsmarine (German Navy) before being adopted by the Luftwaffe (German Air force, responsible for anti-air weapons) as an AA weapon.
