The following weapons were used in the movie Cloverfield
M16A3 Rifle
Used by the US Army in the first engagement with the monster that is taped by Hud. Like Con Air, this could be a modified M16A2 rifle modded to full auto, or an M16A3.
M4A1 Rifle
Used by the US Army in the first engagement with the monster that is taped by Hud. Some are seen with Ironsights. Also used by US. Army members in the news segment that is being aired in the electronics store, the M4A1 being used by some of the personel have an ironsight with an unidentified scope and tactical light attached to the barrel.
FGM-148 Javelin
Used by the US Army in the first engagement with the monster that is taped by Hud.
M2 Browning machine gun
Seen mounted on the US. Army humvees. Also seen mounted on M109 howitzer artillery pieces.
AT-4
Used by the US Army in the first engagement with the monster that is taped by Hud.
