"Bersa S.A" is an Argentinian firearms manufacturer. The Company was originally founded in 1958 by Benso Bonadimani, Ercole Montini and Savino Caselli under the name Tecnofres in Ramos Mejia, Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 1962 the name was changed to Bersa, And the mass production of it's firearms began, Mainly pistols (Although the company's Rifles & Shotguns do exist).
Currently the company focuses on the production of Handguns. Being one of the most famous South American firearms manufacturers, At the level of others such as Taurus or Amadeo Rossi
