ARGUS agent Maseo Yamashiro (Karl Yune) uses a Colt M1911A1 in Hong Kong as his main sidearm, first seen in "The Calm", when Oliver was held captive in the territory for five years.

Agent Yamashiro fires the M1911A1 at Oliver to disarm him of the mobile phone he picked up in "The Calm".
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen throughout the season in the hands of various characters.
Glock 17 3rd Generation - 9x19mm
The Glock 17 in a drawer in "Sara".
Laurel Lance aims her Glock 17 at a disarmed Lacroix.
Diggle opens fire with dual Glock 17s at armed mercenaries in Costo Maltese in the middel of "Costo Maltese".
Oliver uses one of Diggle's Glock 17s to stop mercenaries from escaping with the ARGUS actual data.
2nd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm. This model added finger stepping and cuts to the backstrap of the frame to make it easier to hold than the Generation 1 model.
Agent Yamashiro "rescue" Tommy, held "hostage" while masquerading as a Hong Kong Police Force officer. Note that the use of the Glock 17 is inaccurate since uniformed officers are currently allowed to use revolvers.

Majority of the paramilitary mercenaries Oliver, Roy and Diggle confront in "Costo Maltese" are armed with Norinco Type 56 assault rifles.
M22, early milled receiver model without under-folding ("pig sticker") bayonet - 7.62x39mm
A masked mercenary in Tiger Stripe camo aims his Type 56 at the trio in "Corto Maltese".
The mercenary hunting down Roy is armed with a Type 56 that is outfitted with an AKM-type muzzle.

The Nemesis Arms Vanquish is seen handled by Maseo and Oliver during the latter's time in Hong Kong in "Sara".

The RPG-7 is seen twice in "The Calm", from an arms shipment seized by Diggle and from one used by Werner Zytle/Count Vertigo II (Peter Stormare).

Oneida Eagle Kestrel
The Oneida Eagle Kestrel returns as the main bow used by Oliver in the season.
Oliver aims his Kestrel bow at Lacroix after the former corners him in "Sara".
Compound Bow
Roy uses one as his personal bow in the season when he's under his Red Arrow costume. Nyssa al Ghul (Katrin Law) uses one again in the season, first seen near the end of "Corto Maltese". Lacroix uses a compound bow as his main weapon throughout "Sara".
Roy handles his own compound bow at the Foundry.
