Numerous characters use Single Action Armys throughout the TV-series.

Single Barreled Percussion Shotgun

Jutte's personal firearm is a Single Barreled Percussion Shotgun. Aya Rindo claims, that it's "20 Gauge". It rather interesting, that, despite this gun is clearly muzzleloaded, the using casing can be seen on the ground of on of the locations, where Jutte fires her shotgun. Mist likely, it's some goof.

Sharps 1869 Carbine

Shizuku Hasei used a bayinet attached Sharps 1869 Carbine throughout the TV-series and fires it many times.

At least two of residents of Heulendorf holds a Gewehr 1871s at the several points, thought never seen during it.
