A futuristic version of the AMT Backup is used by Jeril as her sidearm, first seen in "Pyrophoric Cult, Part 1".
Walther P99
The Walther P99 shows up in the series as Batou's main sidearm.
Revolvers
Mateba 2008M
The Mateba 2008M, a fictional revolver variant of the Mateba Autorevolver, is used by Togusa as his main sidearm in the TV adaptation of Arise.
Submachine Gun
Fictional Submachine Gun
The fictional submachine gun is seen only in the hands of American commandos hacked by Pyromania near the end of "Pyrophoric Cult, Part 2". Upon examination, they appear to be based on the P90 in terms of loading the magazine on top of the weapon.
