Heckler & Koch USP
The Hk USP used in the series is a two tone(stainless? slide)Compact used by Nick Cutter;presumably 9mm.
SIG Sauer 228
Nick (Douglas Herstall) aiming with Sig Sauer
Hard to be sure,but I think this Sig is a 226,rather than the 228.
Beretta U22 Neos

The "tranquilizer pistol", used by Abby and Connor is a Beretta U22 Neos, easily identifiable by the squared up slide and the accessory rail running the length of the gun.
